Chance TV and CEO Alycia Kaback “THIS AIN’T YOUR MOTHER’S RESCUE GROUP”
You’ve never met a rescue group like Rescue Ink™ – an army of tattooed, motorcycle-riding street guys who have zero tolerance for animal abuse and neglect. We think abusers are losers, and we have no problem “educating” them about the error of their ways. Hey, we’re no angels, and we’ve made plenty of mistakes in our lives, but we’ve been given a second chance. And we think neglected and abused animals deserve one, too. We continue to need your financial support to enforce the organization’s mission and hope you will do so by purchasing Rescue Ink™ merchandise, donating and/or attend Rescue Ink™ Events.
Joe Panz
Joe Panz grew up in a Queens neighborhood notorious for wise guys, where taking care of business is a way of life, and you are only as good as your word. He brings that premium on honor and loyalty – as well as some really high decibels – to every rescue. When Joe’s not bailing out pit bulls or catching feral cats, he’s working out at the gym, cruising on his Harley or hanging out with his tiger-striped pit mix, Bond.
Big Ant
Big Ant loves to ride his Harley as well as customizing anything that goes, and it usually goes fast. His motto is “Try to make it, or if you buy it, make it better,” like his 1950 cherry-red Buick or 1966 Nova drag car. Big Ant’s house is bursting at the seams with rescues, from rabbits to cats to Butchie, a pit-bull puppy saved from a used-car lot. And while he’s quick to kid around, watch the fuse: Big Ant can go from teddy bear to wrath of God faster than you can say “braciole.”
Johnny 0
With his “Clark Kent” glasses and ski cap, Johnny O’s look is best described as “coffeehouse biker.” A former personal bodyguard, he loves the martial arts, reflected in his tattoos of symbolic Chinese animals, from a fiery dragon to a contemplative crane. Like all the guys, Johnny O is a pit-bull advocate – he owns two, look-alikes named Lucy and Chuck – and he educates about their undeservedly bad rap every chance he gets.

About Chance Von Spiessbach
Chance von Spiessbach was born in New Jersey but fortunately “escaped” (as he put it ) in 2001 to N.Y. Upon seeing Wall Street with Charlie Sheen he realized he wanted to be an actor and a financier. After receiving two degrees in finance at Boston U., beeing recognized in Who’s Who in Finance and working in Hong Kong, France and Holland doing investment banking he returned to the states for the next logical step – become an underwear model for Calvin Klein. He also volunteered teaching special needs kids Tae Kwon Do and studying at Stella Adler where he learned how to, “overact and say his lines way too loudly”. He concedes this lead to a role on CSI NY, a slew of commercials and appearances on shows ranging from Tyra Banks to Gossip Girl.

Alycia Kaback host of The “It” Factor is proud to present the following guest for August 2nd 2010 at 2:00pm.
Michael Musto (born December 3, 1955) is an American writer who began his professional career at The Village Voice, where he writes the weekly La Dolce Musto celebrity and gossip column. He is an Italian American and a graduate of Columbia University, where he was a theater critic for the Columbia Spectator.[1] He is the author of Downtown and Manhattan on the Rocks. A selection of his columns has been published as La Dolce Musto.
| “ |
I’m a critic, but I do it with humor, and I’m above all self-deprecating. I make fun of myself before anybody, so that kind of frees me to lash out at other people. I’m also out about everything. I’ve written columns about my promiscuity phases, and my seizure disorder…everything! There’s nothing I hold back from my readers and that allows me to go forth without hypocrisy into all kinds of subjects about public figures. |

Cyber squatting is the act of registering domain names, especially those connected with celebrities or recognizable trademarks, with the intention of reselling them at an inflated price. A cyber squatter takes advantage of the domain registration companies’ ‘first come, first served’ policy by submitting a large list of very popular words and names all at once. While the domain registration company is in the process of entering these names, the cyber squatter uses profits from individual domain resale to finance the required registration fees.
A cyber squatter can literally sit on a popular domain name for years, causing grief to the actual celebrity or company it represents. As long as a cyber squatter is recognized as the legitimate owner of BillClinton.com, for example, the real former president cannot legally use his own name as a domain. He would have to pursue a lawsuit to compel the cyber squatter to relinquish the name, or actually pay whatever price the current owner assigns. Until a federal Anti-Cyber squatting Consumer Protection Act became law in 1999, most celebrities and companies found it easier to pay the often-exorbitant fees charged by the cyber squatter.
The actual act of buying an abandoned or unused domain name is not technically illegal under normal conditions. What eventually causes legal trouble for a cyber squatter is using that domain name in ‘bad faith’- a purpose clearly counter to the reputation or intention of the celebrity name or trademark. If a cyber squatter chooses to create a Paris Hilton fan site at ParisHilton.com, he or she may be protected from prosecution under the language of the federal anti-cyber squatting law. If that same cyber squatter used Paris Hilton’s celebrity status to draw traffic to a pornography site, then Ms. Hilton (or any other celebrity in that situation) can sue in federal court for an injunction and fines. A successful prosecution is not guaranteed, however, and legal costs may be prohibitive.
An alternative solution to the cyber squatter problem may lie in a regulatory body called the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). ICANN now offers an arbitration option, which can settle domain name disputes outside of the court system. Celebrities and company representatives must still prove the bad faith intentions of a cyber squatter, but a successful arbitration can be held without legal representation. The cyber squatter may be compelled to relinquish domain rights at a fair market value or be fined for improper use of a trademark. This would not apply if the cyber squatter registered a domain name before it became associated with a celebrity or trademark. If a cyber squatter registers JimJenkins.com in 1998 and a new music sensation named Jim Jenkins becomes famous in 2001, there would be far fewer grounds for a lawsuit.
The era of the cyber squatter may be coming to an end, however. Companies and celebrities now have a better understanding of the importance of domain name registration. Acquiring the rights to their own names and product lines has become a much bigger priority, considering how much potential income could be lost if their preferred internet identities are already owned by a cyber squatter. So please make sure you register your name today and keep it safe. If you would like a FREE customized word press blog today and register your domain all at the same time, Alycia Kaback and VIP Talent Connect have partnered with GO Gator and FREE Blog Factory to get you started.
